The Hispanic Entrepreneurs Initiative - HEI Florida - is a 501(c)3 established in 2019 by entrepreneurs who embody the unique characteristics of being immigrants from Latin America, and doing business in the United States. 

We foster economic prosperity by training Entrepreneurs to create successful ventures in the USA.

HEI Florida works either in partnership and/or strategic alliances with more than 90 local and regional organizations including financial institutions, local / regional government, corporations, higher education institutions, chambers of commerce, diplomatic corps and other nonprofits, to provide such transformational journey for present and future generations.

Becoming a successful entrepreneur in the United States is a transformational journey involving mindset, skills, and knowledge; regardless of the departing point, becoming an empowered individual able to provide value, cast a vision, able to pitch for money, and tracing a path for success, is the goal.
