She is a masterful cash strategist, passionate professional, and an experienced Master Black Belt with a demonstrated history of delivering optimal business results.

Dilcia started her career in Boston, working for one of the top Auditing firms, after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Soon after kicking off her career, New York City beckoned to her, and she moved there to complete her MBA at Pace University, in the heart of the financial district.
She spent the next decade building her skills and business acumen by leading accounting teams, continuous improvement teams, and strategy teams. Over her career, she saved businesses over $50 Million in operating costs; Increased over $12 million in revenues; and streamlined teams and processes that increased customer satisfaction and employee retention.
Today, she is focused on using her expertise to help business owners implement the same strategies that she uses with her Fortune 200 clients. She is driven by her desire to impact children in a positive way through her Books for All Foundation, which donates books to children in underserved communities and helps parents make reading part of the family life.
