The Hispanic Entrepreneurs Initiative (HEI) Florida was founded by entrepreneurs who embody the unique characteristics of being immigrants from Latin America, and doing business in the United States. 

We foster economic prosperity in South Florida through business acculturation training and coaching for SEDI Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners.

The gap is real for immigrants of Latin American origins doing business in the US; we are here to help close it.

A new generation of Hispanic entrepreneurs capable of understanding and creating sustainable, high-impact businesses in global markets and benefiting the social development of their community on a large scale.
